Skeleton Chicken Mount being used.
The Rotten Drumstick is a Mount summoning item dropped from Chicken Jockeys during the Piglin Army Event. When used or equipped, it will summon a Skeleton Chicken Mount which runs at approximately 61 mph (miles per hour). It can also jump approximately 17 blocks into the air and reduces fall damage.
