The Serpent Sceptre is a Mount summoning item dropped from Araghur, the Flare Serpent on Expert Mode. When used or equipped, it will summon a Blazing Serpent mount which can fly indefinitely. It will also shoot fireballs at nearby enemies that inflict the Flarium Inferno debuff.
