Blightbone Armor is a craftable Pre-Hardmode armor set crafted from Blightbone. It takes a total of 85 Blightbone to craft a full set.

The set consists of a Blightbone Mask, Blightbone Breastplate, and Blightbone Greaves.

The Blightbone Mask gives 5 defense, 10% increased thrown critical strike chance, and 30% increased thrown velocity; the Blightbone Breastplate gives 8 defense and 15% increased thrown damage; and the Blightbone Greaves gives 6 defense, 10% increased movement speed, and 5% increased thrown damage.

A full set provides a total of 19 defense, 20% increased thrown damage, 10% increased thrown critical strike chance, 30% increased thrown velocity, and 10% increased movement speed. Its set bonus empowers certain bone-related weapons, turning their projectiles into Blightbone variants which inflict the On Fire! debuff for 2 seconds.
