Marstech Armor is a craftable Hardmode, post-Golem armor set crafted from Marstech Chips and Martian Conduit Platings. It takes a total of 70 Marstech Chips and 100 Martian Conduit Platings.

It consists of the Marstech Helm, Marstech Plate, and the Marstech Greaves.

The Marstech Helm gives 15 defense, 20% increased throwing damage, and 33% chance not to consume thrown items; The Marstech Plate gives 23 defense, 25% increased throwing damage, and 27% increased throwing velocity; and the Marstech Greaves gives 12 defense, 15% increased throwing damage, 17% increased throwing critical strike chance, and 40% increased movement speed.

A full set provides a total of 50 defense, 60% increase to throwing damage, 33% chance not to consume thrown items, 27% increased throwing velocity, 17% increased throwing critical strike chance, and 40% increased movement speed. Its set bonus is an electric forcefield that generates when damaging enemies with any throwing weapons and disappears over time. It can be discharged by pressing the Ability key, firing out a shockwave that deals damage to any enemy within range. This ability has a cooldown of 1 minute.
