The Phase Slasher is a craftable Hardmode weapon and the final upgrade to the Breaker Blade. It fires a Phase Slash that inflicts the Static debuff and passes through tiles. It is a direct upgrade to the Chroma Ultima.
Its best modifier is Legendary.
