The Okome is a kinetic weapon that has a 1/10,000 chance of being fished up in the Infernal Depths. When used, it throws a single gravity projectile that gives 50 health to Town NPCs.
Right Clicking with this weapon held up will heal 100 of the player's health. This ability has a 20 seconds cooldown that is seperate from Potion Sickness.

"Okome", or おこめ, means "rice" in japanese.
