The Retinal Meltdown is a craftable Hardmode magic weapon and a direct upgrade to the Laser Rifle. Upon use, the weapon will fire a high velocity green laser. Said green laser has the capability to pierce 4 enemies and will inflict the Cursed Inferno debuff upon enemy hit.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
