The Cerulean Cyclone is a craftable post-Moon Lord Relic sword. The first four use of the weapon swings the sword in an arc and fires a wave towards the cursor. The fifth use throws the sword towards the cursor and makes it spin in place for 2 seconds, creating a cyclone. The cyclone has slight homing and lasts for 2.3333 seconds by default, with each succesful hit prior adding an additional 0.3333 seconds. Its best modifier is Legendary.
