The Plasma Discharge is a craftable Hardmode magic weapon and a direct upgrade to the Retinal Meltdown. Upon use, the weapon will fire a high-velocity plasma beam that deals damage to enemies and will inflict the Static debuff.
Its best modifier is Mythical.
