The Relentlessness is a post-Moon Lord throwing weapon. When used, it rapidly fires several chained blades that can pierce infinitely and can reach up to 51 tiles.
Holding the up key (default: W) while using the item will throw a special kind of blade that latches onto an enemy and pulls the player towards it. Holding up and using the item again while being pulled will detonate the blade and push the player back, with the damage of the explosion scaling the closer the player is to the enemy. The explosion will also damage nearby enemies.
It is currently unavailable from normal means in the beta because it has yet to be reworked.
It's best Modifier is Unreal.
