The Sanguineum Virgam is a Hardmode staff dropped by Araneas. Holding down the left mouse button will place up to 10 venom orbs that fire venom fangs at the cursor's position after the player ends the channeling. Venom fangs will inflict the Venom debuff.
Its best Modifier is Mythical.
