True Mode content: This information applies only to True Mode and True Mode worlds.

Damage Falloff is a True Mode exclusive mechanic that decreases damage dealt against Bosses and their summons the further you are from them. This effect is lessened with the also True Mode exclusive stat Accuracy.

All of the following data points are with base accuracy (0%), with distance starting from the center of the boss.
