The Scarf of the Undying Flame is a post-Moon Lord accessory obtained from Araghur in True Mode.

It can only be obtained by defeating Araghur in the Fiery Caves.

When equipped, a waving scarf will appear on the player, which reacts to movement. In addition it will provide a 10% damage boost against enemies above 50% life, but in turn a 10% damage decrease against enemies with less than 50% life. When taking damage a barrier is cast around the player that increases their damage reduction by 50%. When the barrier buff runs out the barrier is shot out as homing, explosive projectiles that instantly seek out nearby enemies
