The Dark Remnant is a True Mode-exclusive post-Moon Lord ranged weapon dropped by Abaddon, the Source of the Affliction at 20% chance. It rapidly fires a projectile that homes in on enemies, inflicting the Despair Flame debuff. Killing enemies will boost the damage from the gun by 1% but will reset the effect itself if being hit or using other items.

Its best modifier is Unreal.
