The Reach for the Deep is a craftable Post-Moon Lord kinetic weapon. Upon use, a maximum of 8 knives is thrown. It cannot be used if the player's knife stash is empty.
When they hit an enemy, they create a projection of themselves that ricochet towards another target, or straight through the hit enemy if there is no other target.
If held while parrying using the Asthraltite armor's set bonus, it will give back 20% of the player's knife stash and tighten the spread cone. In the case of a perfect parry, it will instead give back 40% of their knife stash, tighten their spread, and retaliate with a blade barrage, with a cooldown of 10 seconds between each of them. The blade barrage chucks a huge amount of knives that explode when hitting an enemy.
There is no best Modifier, as it depends on the player's favored playstyle.
