The Ashen Wake is a post-Moon Lord summon weapon Relic Weapon. Upon use, it summons a Minighur to attack enemies, similar to the Stardust Dragon Staff. The Flare Serpent is in constant flight and can travel through walls and blocks. After Minighur is summoned, it instead summons a fire rune on use, which increases Minighur's damage and can be hit with a whip to be flung at enemies.
Minighur throws three exploding rocks towards enemies, and will occasionally circle the enemy, which creates an explosion after a small delay.
Its best modifier is Ruthless. The Mythical modifier provides the widest array of stats bonuses, but these primarily affect the initial summon rather than the resulting minion. Additionally, Minions cannot deal critical hits. The only significant advantage a Mythical Staff of Araghur has over a Ruthless one is knockback.
